Hi Everyone,
First off, apologies for cross-posting with the Rogers Community Forum, but I am really stumped by this, so hopefully someone can help me. I just bought a brand new LG OLED65XCPUA. Everything seems fine with the TV itself. However, when I use it with my 4K Rogers Nextbox CAV10242HD, the colour for the entire picture is noticeably shifted (pink at first, later green) and there's no sound. That happened for SD/HD/4K content on every channel and even the guide/menus are shifted. I was able to get a normal picture at one point, but still no sound, and when I turned the box off and on again the shift was back. It works perfectly fine with the older 4642HD Rogers box even with the same cable in the same port. My current Sony Bravia XBR-49X900E works perfectly with the 4K box. So far I've tried the following:
I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone can provide! Thanks in advance!

So far I've tried the following:
- Swapping HDMI cables
- Using different HDMI ports on the TV
- Changing video output settings on the box (Auto, 4K, 1080p)
- Changing audio output settings on the box (Dolby/Other, Fixed/variable)
- Updating the TV's firmware
- Rebooting the box
- Powering the box off (literally unplugging it, waiting like a minute, and plugging it back in)
- Factory resetting the box
- Trying different video and audio settings on the TV
- New 4K box (same model) with brand new supplied HDMI cable
I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone can provide! Thanks in advance!
