I am looking for the IMAP/TLS settings for NS Bell Aliant Fibreop so I can get email on my Android device.

Does anyone know these?

Nope none of it works.

This is from the Eastlink site:

If you are using an Eastlink-provided email addresses, but currently connecting with a mobile device to a different Internet service provider, you will need to configure the mail server settings of your mobile device using StartTLS or SSL encryption.

So this is what bell Aliant needs. And because the email resides with Aliant and the TLS allows mobile phones to get email regardless of internet provider and that the two don't work together means, it will never get done!

That server works fine on my wifes HTC but it doesn't work on my S3. I can receive but cannot send. Its with Level 2 now. But that server also requires turning off wifi, which I want to avoid doing, so Bell Aliant needs to add TLS support to their exchange server, its easy to do but getting someone to do it is not.

I couldn't get an answer from calling support, but I did get support on the Facebook page surprisingly enough and this is their response sounds like SSL TLS in the new year maybe:

HI Jeff

Thank you for your message.

Please follow up with us if the new set top box does not address your freezing issues.

With regards to your email access, unfortunately I don't have a quick fix for you. We appreciate your patience and understand the inconvenience that this may be causing. We are aware of the issue and have it in our plans to be addressed in the first quarter of 2013.

Thank you for your feedback. I have forwarded your email as well to our development team.

I setup my Aliant email on my Nexus 7, using the standard Pop3 and SMTP servers for NB and it is working fine, though I had to use an alternate port for SMTP.
Not sure if similar settings would work for NS or not.
