Is anyone else having problems in Ottawa with WPIX?

it keeps freezing and the pic turns whit

According to the "data screen I get this omn this channel:

QAM
Status: Locked
Level: 0dBmV
S/N: 36dB

FDC
Freq: 73.7560MHZ
status: Locked
Level: -3dBmV
S/N: 24-33dB(going back and forth)

I'm not sure but I think its comiong from the network. I've checked the other channels and there seems to be no problems but just with that station/channel?

I'm seeing the same thing on several other HD channels like KTLA too.

Interesting? Not seeing that in Ottawa only WPIX SD & the HD version seem just a "glich". So I don't think its the receiver as I'm in Ottawa and your in Toronto and sem to be having simular problems so I think its from where there getting the channels from.

The signal strenght and everything else seems to be ok.
