Hi, I just recently received my computer from the technician. I have download I tune, the newest version but everytime I want to transfer my cd into Itune, it doesn't work. It says "Itune player a cesser de fonctionner", don't know why it gave me my message in french when my computer is in english.

Need help please....

Windows can be in English but if you selected French (accidentally) for the iTunes install then you will get the French dialogs. Perhaps a re-install of iTunes is necessary.

Better yet go to menu: Edit | Preferences... | General | Language.

this is not what i meant.

So you want your messages in French or not? The crash is another issue altogether. Other than a re-install there is not much we can recommend.
