The website still says Dec 31, 2010. Where did you see Jan 31 2011?
It appears the "All in the Family plan" is not freely available to consumers. See

Those plans are 50% off for six months and then you pay full price.

from terms and conditions

The Nice Promotion gives you 50% off your plan fees and free global text – both for up to 6 months
Holiday All In The Family requires this form (list HAITF as the referrer) and must be done at a corporate Wind store. There are more conditions listed on the form.

Edit: You may or may not be able to get this deal, depending on the store and CSR. Good luck to anyone who tries.
The form that Hugh posted in the other thread states the all-in-the-family plan includes unlimited Canada-wide calling and unlimited texts from any WIND zone.
Am I to read this as any WIND "home zone", or does it literally mean any zone (home and away).
Living outside their home zone areas has always precluded my interest in WIND, but this would certainly change my mind.
It means Wind Home Zone, I'm afraid.
Also doesn't include US calling.
And it also doesn't include tethering

Data services are subject to WIND's standard Fair Usage Policy and Internet Traffic Management Policy and do not include tethering.

It also says not tethering on the data plan. Since when does Wind not allow tethering?
Missed the no tethering in the fine print. Ya, that would be a deal breaker.
