Al Jazeera English has been making history with its unvarnished live reporting and analysis of the uprising in Egypt. Fox News continues to spin the situation in favour of one side - the government. Novus does not even offer the only network that provides a truly fair and balanced news source. This is is history being made and we have to watch it on blotchy, intermittent Internet feed instead of a steady TV version. I see Rogers is now offering AJ free during the this momentous time in history. Good for Rogers.

Stilgar, if you're using Al-Jazeera as an example of "propaganda", than you have no idea what you're talking about. Al-Jazeera isn't affraid of spitting out the truth, and thats it.

I too enjoy watching Al Jazeera - so far I watch it online. I am quite impressed with their coverage.

Kind of reminds me of BBC World.

I agree, some of the graphics look like they almost cloned from the Beeb.
Cloned? AJE's been using the same graphics since launch in 2006, the BBC used completely different graphics until 2008 when they rebooted into "BBC World News". Anyhow, they don't look similar to me :p
