where is the catch with Skype 2.99 plan

No catch at all, I've had this package about 3 years now and use it daily. The ONLY catch I can think is you can't have a Canadian number for people to call you at like other countries can...I believe this is because they don't support 911 and the CRTC demands it.
You can however assign your cell phone number to show up on caller id when you make a call. As long as you have a decent connection you won't have many complaints at all with this package...it works great!

I was able to assign a friend's number (Roger's cell phone) as my Caller ID, but once I got my own phone through Wind, Skype SMS verification texts don't seem to come through to me. But I've also used this package for about a year now and find it to be good value.
