I have been trying to activate a digital box but was on hold for 30 mins before i hung up and I tried online chat and it said there is no one to assist me.... What the? I havent even received my call back after 45 mins....

Never have I had to wait long for shaw support

Have followed that link only to get to Live Chat. Been waiting for over 45 minutes for that! Any other way to get HD working?

Yup. FINALLY got thru to Live Chat - no love though. HD has been activated but we have no sound. Tech coming out on Tuesday. It's going to be a quiet night ....;)

What type of cable did you use? If you used the red, blue and green ones they do not supply sound which could account for no audio. As BYG11 mentioned how are things hooked up as we may be able to provide some suggestions which might be able to get it working.
