Hello!

Thinking of getting a Shaw PVR, but I'm not sure what to get and everyone seems to have a different opinion. I'm thinking the Pace DC758D+Expander or the DCX3400. I need something that is reliable and is quiet (really don't like fan/motor/whine noise). It would be nice if it ran cool too. What do you guys/gals think?

There is a brand new "Whole Home PVR" called the Shaw Gateway coming out next month here is a thread on it http://www.digitalhome.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=130143&page=6

With the new Gateway the box by the TV is fanless and quiet.
