I did a search and came up empty. I have a Webstar DPX2100 modem from rogers which i have had for about 6 years now. My question is should i ask rogers for a upgraded modem or the webstar that i have current.

I've got the same modem. I'm on Extreme (10/1). I'm told you need to get a docsis 3 modem if you want to go to a faster tier like Extreme Plus or Ultimate.

Shouldn't Extreme give you 15/1? Or is the DPX2100 the bottleneck here?

I don't know. I tried switching to Extreme Plus but was told I'd need the new modem.
