While someone is watching a recording from one of the secondary boxes are you stilll able to watch anything on the main PVR box TV? I keep getting a msg saying that i have to cancel that viewing if i want to view on the main pvr TV?
I hope i explained that? I have the 2 HD 1 SD 15 MB package.

Northguy59, as long as you are watching a recording and not a live stream there should be no issues.

With your service you have 3 streams, 2 are HD and 1 is SD, so you can be recording all three streams at once (two of the recordings can be HD stations), while up to 4 other STBs can be watching previously recorded programs stored on the PVR, these can also be separate programs.

If you are recording a station you may also watch that same station on any or all of the other STBs and it will still count as only one stream. One channel either being watched live or being recorded = one stream, regardless of how many STBs are simultaneously watching it.

If your service isn't working this way there would seem to be an issue.
