I am using a model 9141 Bell receiver with a 27 “ tube TV The problem is the channels change , it might rewind or maybe record or any other task without touching the uhf remote . Does anyone know the reason and how to fix it?

First thing to do is change the address of your receiver. The instructions are in the manual or can be found on this site. Perhaps someone else nearby has the same address as yours.
