Good Day, EH!
I have 4 PCs all running W10. One way path from My Mega Unit to My HTPC is not cooperating!
HTPC Unit to Mega Unit works fine all the time, as do the paths to the other 2 PCs on the network.
I have been getting this error message and have not been able to resolve the issue....Please help!!

I can see the screen print fine, but it does not show anything useful. Assuming that 3 of the PC's have no issues with connection to or from the HTPC, but one PC cannot "see" the HTPC, but the HTPC can "see" and send or retrieve files with that PC.

Has this problem just started or has it never worked.

Not knowing exactly your issue, this is what I did years ago when I had a problem seeing all the PCs on my network.
I did this on all the machines in my network but I'm not sure that was absolutely necessary.
I think reboots also might have been necessary

Services to start
Start Function Discovery Provider Host.
Start Function Discovery Resource Publication.
Start Peer Networking Grouping service.

Well I can't seem to even get the network map to load TheHTPCUnit on TheMegaUnit today, weird!
Bplayer; your assumption is correct and it has been happening for as long as I remember.
It may go back to my Win10 install a few years back!
Phils; I'll give that a try. Usually a reboot of the missing PC gets me the network map looking proper, but not today!
