I have a DCT6200. My VOD was working up until yesterday and now it comes up with an error saying VOD ordering is not enabled on your dct. Anybody know why it would say this after it has been working properly?

Possibly related to the new guide version update. Have you contacted Shaw for troubleshooting yet?

Thanks for the reply. It might be connected with the system update. I tried contacting Shaw and was on hold for too long and had to leave. I'll try them again.

If you end up being successful in reaching a Shaw CSR for your problem, please let us know how things turned out.

This code indicates the customer is off billing. If you have a transfer of services pending or are disconnecting your services the VOD services no longer function properly as the system reads the acct is off billing.
