Speeds are difficult to quantify but I was thinking of this when I posted it.
Those are maximum rates and performance will depend on things like distance and other users. Of course, your phone may also be a limiting factor, if it doesn't support the latest tech. My speedtest above was with a phone capable of 5G on a plan that includes 5G. A friend of mine has a phone that can do 5G, but since he's on Koodo he won't get it. So, there are too many variables to nail this down.

They are probably theoretical rates as well. Even under ideal conditions they will not be obtained. As mentioned, most conditions are not ideal due to signal degradation and network congestion.

My point was to at least have a comparison. I see Telus uses the terms FAST, SUPER-FAST, ULTRA-FAST and 5G lol. I guess SUPER-ULTRA-FAST was taken so they went with 5G
