J.D. Power's 2008 Canadian Wireless Customer Satisfaction Study was released today and topping the list was newcomer Koodo Mobile and last year’s favourite Virgin Mobile.

I'm a Virgin . . . Mobile user, that is, and I really like it. The customer service is brilliant, and the plans are super cheap (provided all you want is a simple phone, no web surfing or whatever).

I have the virgin pay as you go plan with no frills or thrills. It does exactly what a cell phone should do: use it to talk. It has a camera but I don't use it. If I want to take pictures stream video or listen to music, I already have all the gizmos to do so.

I've been with them for over 3 or 4 years already and really like them.

Count me in as a happy Virgin Subscriber although I do find the service is not available in places around the GTA that mystify me.

Koodo rocks

I've had a Koodo phone for the past 6 months and it's been awesome so far. I only had to send off one email about something and they got back to me in no time with the answer. Great service!
