Videotron announced today it has implemented a 30-day full-satisfaction-or-money-back guarantee for new customers. The new customer guarantee applies to all Videotron products and services.

The company says customers who are not fully satisfied within the 30 days following product installation or activation will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the equipment and the monthly fee. In addition, Videotron will cover the cost of a technician's visit if it is necessary to cancel the service.

So, in other words, if you're just not satisfied with the service, they'll cancel everything, credit the cost of the equipment and what you paid for the month... but you'll still have to pay for the installation fees. That's what I understand.
