Analog, digital, & HD will freeze for a munite its not the box because its happening on the set without box internet is fine is thats happening all over or is it a local thing?

TMNHD was going off and on around the same time last night, I would get a blank screen and then it would come back on then off again. Don't know how long that lasted as I went to bed.
