I am sure this question has been answered many times, but I'm such a noob, I didn't understand the technical responses I found, so please bear with me

I have a 3100 with a single cable coming into the house. Does this mean I need to fish a second R6 cable through the wall? If I get Bell to do the upgrade will they bring/use the correct DPP and separator things to use the single R6 cable?

Any ideas on what I need to do to the house wiring to be compatible with whatever the Bell tech brings?

Bell should use a DPP LNBF and a seperator to feed the 9241, if it is going to be in the same location as the current 3100.

You will have to do nothing, it should all be done by Bell.
