I'm with Xplornet and they gave me all sorts of promises. One thing I never asked was "What is the MINIMUM speed". All I got was the "Up To" blurb.

Now I know the internet as a whole is out of their control, I'm not that dense, but I asked for 10.0 Mbps, am being charged for 5.0 Mbps (thanks btw) and they only deliver 1.5 Mbps. I'm worried about Roger over burdening their own towers like they did with Hub.

Until I can get a firm speed, I'll stay with Xplornet. Better the devil you know.
