Can I tune an older VHF-only antenna for a specific frequency by cutting the rods to a specific length?

Most objectives from Toronto (Buffalo, CN Tower) are easily reached, however, there are a some digital VHF channels in Rochester that would be fun to try for; :p

WHEC-TV 10 NBC 92.5 2Edge -4.0
WHAM-TV 13 (13.1) ABC 92.5 2Edge -8.2
WROC-DT 45 (8.1) CBS 92.5 2Edge -11.8

Not very easily, as you have to change the spacings too. So in essense, you would be building a whole new antenna from the old parts.

Careful! Note the real channel for WROC - 45!
