The Mac forums report problems between Time Capsule and PPOE connections - so cable subscribers don't have the problem. The disconnects are caused by a 'loss of authentication' problem between the router and the server. Primus PPOE clients in Ottawa have the same problem, so it is not specific to your provider. Make sure the TC is in 'router mode' (and solely controlling the PPOE connection) and not in 'bridge mode', and all computers connected to the TC should be using DHCP (not PPOE!).
