Am I the only one having this issue? Rechecked my smtp settings and called MTS and they said it's a problem with Thunderbird...

Sounds ridiculous. What was their rationale as to why Thunderbird no longer works.

Yes, I've switched and set things up. It was rather abrupt when it stopped working. I'll try resetting everything tonight. Thanks for the link.

It could be a problem at the Live Mail end.

Since the conversion I have had outlook express and yahoo pop mail preview both intermittently say that they cannot connect to the live mail server. I give it some time and they connect.

If it still doesn't work, try logging into Live Mail using a browser to make sure there isn't a problem with your account.

MTS e-mail in Winnipeg still works for me but I still have MTS.net and they said I had to switch to microsoft live or something or be cut off soon.
