Can someone help us out??? My sons NAT on his xbox360 changed today from open to moderate and he wants it back open again.How do we change it back.We are using a linsksys 150N router by the way.It just happened today.Dont know why.

unplug the router, count to 10 and then plug the router back in, wait about 30 seconds or so and then log back into XBL.

we tried that but no luck, stays on moderate.Could it be a internet speed issue??

Usually it's a port-forward issue. If you have ports forwarded already in your router, check to make sure that the XBox 360 is using the same IP address as configured.

This morn Sat. it was back to open...??? But last night when we shut down our pc we had 24 windows updates to complete.Maybe the updates fixed the prob.....??? We'll leave it at that. Thx to all for trying to help.
