Good afternoon,
I am under a 2 year contract with Bell TV (Satellite) ... now i still have 14 month to go .....
I will have to move from my house to an apartment building and they do not accept any dish to be mounted..

Will I be billed any penalties? As bell will not be able to provide me services were I am moving....

Let me know if you have encountered this in the past

Yes you will be billed penalties. The details are on the Bell website.
