Today I logged into my account and noticed something new.

At the top, underneath the "Your accounts & products" heading is a new section called Message Center.

When I click on my phone number another window appears. The heading is "Telus IP Messaging Application".

It seems that Telus now gives it's customers access to voicemail options, voicemail message scheduling and playback of voicemails! :cool:

In the help file there is a setting for email notification. I can't get this to work. It says it's not enabled on my account. Oh well.


Edit: By going through the "Message Alerts" section I was able to add my personal email address for wav file delivery.
