What do i need to get out of this telus contract? Its for 3 years i haveTV,phone.Internet, Got the Optik package Got the HD box and the xbox 360. I am just getting sick of the slow internet have th optik turbo. And the last 4 weeks every thing has be shutting of for about 20mins TV,phone,Net

So what do i need to do to get out of this?? Just bring back the the HD box and the 360?

You can leave at any time, but you will end up paying the cancellation fees.

TV: $10 per month remaining
xbox: 13 per month remaining.

If you've already opened the xbox, they will not take it back.

I would call them about the service issues so they can be addressed. Without knowing what speed you consider slow, it's hard to tell if your speeds are the norm or not.

I had similar problem with the STB BOX reset every 20 mins on the first week of Telus Optiv hookup. Tell them to replace a new HD box will fix your problem, also have tech to check the home network may help.
