just got telus installed and am having a couple issues... called tech support and have been on hold for almost an hour now... is this normal? i don't have time for this just to ask a couple questions and get my phone working properly!!!

Are you not getting the option to be called back?
I talked to telus today and gave my phone # for the call back feature and I was called back in 20 minutes.

i accidentally declined the callback and it hasn't given me the option since. it's now hit the 1 hour mark.

Well then you have 2 choices, stay on the line or call back and take the option for call back.

I think they are having problems with their phone systems. I tried calling last Wednesday night and again Thursday morning and kept getting the message that they couldn't transfer my call at the time and to call back.

I tried calling the New Service option and they were not able to transfer me either. I eventually did the online chat and was talking to someone in about 10 minutes.
