Should be easy to isolate - put your hand on various parts of the steel frame to see if it vibrates. If you can't isolate the vibration, take the TV off the stand temporarily to check.

Then you need to isolate the part, see if tightening the appropriate fasteners (screws, etc) has an impact and perhaps put in a small shim of some kind if there are no fasteners where the vibration is.
