I asked when I ordered cable last year if Eastlink did sim subs and was told no my community was too small but last week I started getting sim subs in NFL Sunday Ticket only mostly City & CTV why is that?Its not that big a deal as long as its the same game I am just curious.

You mean up in your Sunday Ticket channels?? If It were NHL games, they would be outright blacked out... they are just making sure that the rights holders are protected... so its CTV or Blackout basically.
