If the channel was removed on November 23rd, but your billing date is before the 23rd it's totally normal (in Bell's thinking) that you do see the charge on your bill. At the time that your bill was produced the channel was still in the wonderful Bell system, who could not be programmed or which they didn't want to program thinking it would affect so very few client (only those that have the channel as a pick and pay, those that have the theme packk still pay the theme pack at the same rate) that they shoudn't bother will credit you on the next bill, same as if you would have asked to remove a theme pack.
