I think this needs a new thread


I have heard Sportsnet One may be coming to bell in October 7th.

and subsequently called bell and they said there is nothing in the works.



What is the official word?


I need to decide to stay with bell or go to Telus Optik TV?


So far missed 3 games televised elsewhere, and not on bell.

When I phoned in to retentions, the CSR told me they were in discussions and SN1 would be on the air by Oct.7. But seriously I think they will tell you anything, so you don't cancel or whatever will get you off the line the soonest. The date may be good or not but I wouldn't start worrying until you are going to miss an regular game. A fellow in the New Channels sticky confirms Oct. 7 but does anyone really know.

Myself, I live in BC and have Centre Ice so I shouldn't miss any Flames games.

Now that shaw is offering it out west Bell has to give in, I'm sure it won't be long...
