I just bought a Sony X95J and noticed a few bright spots on the bottom of the screen. I know some Clouding and Banding is normal for LED TV's but I'm wondering if this is something else. It is brighter than the vertical banding on the tv. Any ideas?

What did rtings.com have to say on this topic (uniformity?)? I know that they did review this set and gave it good marks for a LCD. Also what size is that screen? The bigger the screen the more you are going to notice any flaw.

I could be stuck pixels. Some TVs have routines in the settings to fix such issues. Not sure if the Sony X95J has them but it's worth checking out. The Sony X95J should not have such issues when new but it may be fixable.

I have had a similar issue, but it had gone after using probably +100 hours, and I don't know why.
