The screen suddenly and completely "ghosted out" tonight with two dark streaks at the top. Contacted Sony support and tried all fixes with no luck...problem persists regardless of input.

Is this what an LCD panel failure looks like? :(

We just switched to the Shaw PACE box less than a week ago...coincidence??
