UEFA updated their broadcast rights documents and they list DAZN for Canada for the UCL and UEL now. No mention of them being 1 year, so I would guess they are normal 3 year deals.

TSN presents the four-hour FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR FINAL DRAW Special, airing Friday, April 1 at 11 a.m. ET on TSN, TSN.ca, and the TSN app. A two-hour primetime special also airs at 7 p.m. ET.
The TSN Radio network also has extensive coverage of the FIFA WORLD CUP QATAR Final Draw beginning at 12 noon ET on TSN 1260 Edmonton, TSN 1050 Toronto, TSN 1200 Ottawa, TSN 690 Montreal, with live streaming available on iHeartRadio.ca and the iHeartRadio Canada app. (Bell Media Press Release)

Bell Media (TSN/CTV/RDS) has been holding the rights to FIFA World Cup, both men and women, since 2014 and all the way to 2026, in time of Canada-USA-Mexico World Cup.
The 2022 World Cup will be held in the Northern Hemisphere fall (November-December), unlike its usual summer, to alleviate the extreme heat typical to the Arabian desert.

Pretty sure broadcast rights can still be negotiated so very likely TSN will keep the broadcast rights but DAZN will lose out on yet another soccer league.
"At launch, all MLS and Leagues Cup matches will include announcers calling the action in English and Spanish, and all matches involving Canadian teams will be available in French."

TVA said they won't be showing MLS as of next season. Their statement also says TSN is out.

From early 2023 through 2032, fans can get every live MLS match by subscribing to a new MLS streaming service, available exclusively through the Apple TV app. Complete details for the new service, including when fans can sign up and subscription pricing will be announced in the coming months.
A broad selection of MLS and Leagues Cup matches, including some of the biggest matchups, will also be available at no additional cost to Apple TV+ subscribers, with a limited number of matches available for free.

MLS still is negotiating with linear TV networks, including ESPN and Fox, to broadcast select matches.
