Sling Media has announced that its SlingPlayer Mobile for Blackberry (SPM) application software has been upgraded for compatibility with the Bold 9700.

The Blackberry application, released just over a year ago, is the mobile equivalent of the Sling Player software for P.C owners that lets users control their Sling Box from their BlackBerry Smartphone using a standard network connection (3G Cellular, Wi-Fi).
