Has anybody here had success hooking up a SlingBox with the 530?

I did have it hooked up successfully with a 505, but the 530 will not accept commands for the 505 or 530 internal SlingBox settings.

probably check for a sling forum and see watcha get...

I have a Slingbox AV(?) hooked up for 3+ yrs to my 530..... no problems....

PS. Make sure you are set to the default remote on your 530? Maybe that's the answer.... (did you change the IR/radio settings from default so it wouldn't interfere with your 505?)

Figured it out, and putting it here for future searches...

Options 6,4,3,2
Make sure you remote control code address is 0000.

That's the only way I could make my 505 work with a Harmony remote.

Harmonies will work with other SD addresses

You have to do a little work though.
