It was already pretty difficult to get a human to talk to. This can't make it any better.

Strange, I've phoned them every year for over 10 years to get my discounted deal and never had any issues talking to a person ( that I can remember).
Also, don't care who the talking heads are on the music channels or what they say, don't listen to hear anyone talk, unless I'm listening to something like NHL network.

Why pay Sirius XM , when you can stream internet radio stations for free with a internet radio ?

Because many of us go to areas where there's no cell service for internet radio?
... or maybe some people don't have unlimited data when the DO have cell service.

The wait time was going to be so long for a human on my last call that they just had the automated system offer me the available deals.
