I've noticed that my internet connection started slowing down today. And finally quit working @ 10:30PM. I went to my in-laws house to use there computer. She's with Telus. I've tried troubleshooting eg. resetting the modem, connecting the modem directly bypassing the router etc. But nothing seems to work. It's been snowing heavily around the tricities area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody ) today. Anybody in the areas mentioned experiencing slow connection or no internet service. I'm gonna call the technical support but i'll do it tommorrow as I have to catch up on sleep. Anyways, thanks in advance for the feedback!:D

Re: Problem Resolved

Called the customer service and found out that heavy snow affected some Shaw internet cables. The problem seems to be fixed now. Internet speeds back to normal. Thanks to Shaw for the prompt response to the problem. I'm crossing my fingers that it won't go down again if we get more heavy snow here in Port Coquitlam, BC.:)
