shaw error code
I bought a movie off shaw video on demand and i went to play the movie and it says "error number: 33613" what does this mean? i went to my orders and it says that i have bought the movie.

It means your DCT doesn't have proper 2 way connection - it failed to obtain the Video Stream.
You could try power cycling your dct then wait 30 seconds to let it reconnect. Then try accessing your order again. If you have it plugged into a power bar bypass it.
