For the last two days I have been unable to log on to the self-serve page on the ShawDirect Website. It will not accept my password, and if I attempt to use the "forgotten password" feature, it returns a message that they are experiencing difficulties and please try again later.

Would someone please confirm as to whether they are able to access the self-serve or not?

At this time the page just "hangs" after entering my password.......hopefully it's just a temporary problem on their end.

I have no problem with logging in, but when I try to reduce my package, it always gives me an error and never allows me to. I have tried several times, and have never been able to get it to work. I can up my package, just can't reduce it.

I have no problem reducing, but I can't remove anything with a monthly minimum (for example RDS/RIS). The other problem I have is it wants to remove HD Sports and the box is greyed out so I can't recheck it sometimes.
