Contacted Cogeco Mar. 1 and asked that my bundle (TV, internet, phone) be relocated on April 14. I was on hand all day but the tech gave up because the building intercom system wouldn't ring through without a phone line (duh?) and left.

Called them and made new arrangements for April 15 (moving day). Tech. showed up and was apparently unwilling to walk across the breezeway to an attended office and gain access to my floor. I had left a notice near the call button station.

Seems now they won't be here until Monday.

This building is a Cogeco exclusive so it's not as though they haven't been there before.

This is service?
