Anyone else not able to get into their self serve? Just created an account the other day and it keeps saying that account is not set up for self serve. Called Shaw, stated issue was on their end and it would be fixed in a day. Few days later, still no dice.

Do you have the Ontraio Value Package? If so you cannot do online changes, you must call or send them a message under "Contact Us" and then "Billing" on their website.

That is correct, on the OVP. Weird thing is they put me onto paperless bills which require to have the self serve option to view the bill...

You can still use self serve to view your bill online, you just have to put up with the message that you can not change your programming when you login.
