my dish fell off the side of the house so i put it back up and when i did i think the switch got messed so i changed it and when i did i had signal on both 91 and 82 until i wired the switch back in.... the problem im really having is that when i checked the switch it said that if i continue i will delete satellites and so i continued... just wondering how i get thoes satellites back? do i do a hard reset???!! im sooooo lost and flustered any help would be amazing!

if you have your switch set up properly and your dish properly aimed the check switch will get them back.

Well as you said you have already run a "Check Switch" I can only guess that the Dish is not aimed correctly yet.

Go back to the basics, aim the Dish with a line directly to the 91 LNBF, peak the signal, then connect the switch and run the "Check Switch" again.

If you are a Rental Customer, call Bell, your Service Call is covered under warranty.
