As its name implies, the Samsung Messenger is for the heavy texter and features a hard QWERTY keyboard along with Windows Live Messenger and Hotmail pre-installed.
Specs of the new device include a 2.6” (320 x 320 pixel) display, 3.2 MP camera, video recording capability, media player, Microsoft IE 8.12 browser, push e-mail (ActiveSync V 4.5), SMS/IM/MMS, Wi-Fi connectivity, turbo scroll (pressure sensor), Windows Live Messenger hotkey, five hours of talk time and a microSD slot for up to 32 GB of additional storage.
Pricing had not been announced by Bell or Rogers at the time of publication.
