I just moved into a new house and want to get Bell TV installed. I would like to avoid having to drill any new holes from the outside of the house.

The house recently had the furnace replaced and as a result I have an air intake that is no longer being used (the furnace has its own dedicated air intake).

Would there be any issues with running the satelite cable in through the air intake? It would be ideal as it goes right into the furnace room where I have all of the tv cable runs to.

No, that sounds fine to me, just ensure that you pass along your instructions to the Installer and sign off on its' use if he asks you to. Just to cover his backside, if Bell ever carry out an inspection on the Installation.
