Ron James 'Black Fly' from Global - anyone have any idea where it can be seen?

'Black Fly' Circa 2001 - from Global originally. Most programs show up in regular rotation somewhere, in some way, but even Ron James himself doesn't know who owns the show anymore or how to see it. I asked him.
Two seasons, 4x3 aspect ratio.
Last time we saw it was on APTN around 10 years ago.
If anyone knows who's running it, or if it was ever released on DVD (or VHS lol) then please report here.

Blackfly: Created by Ron James. With Ron James, Shauna Black, Richard Donat, James Kee. The show is set in 18th-century Canada back "in days when beaver fur was good as gold".
