Yesterday Rogers wireless network was down for approximately 8 hours last evening. I phoned and the service tech told me to call in the morning to get a rebate. I called and they gave a whopping $4.29 for my inconvenience. That was a total waste of my time. I do not have a landline by choice and I depend on my cell phone, so to me this was `inconvenient `. What a joke customer service.
