Yesterday Rogers wireless network was down for approximately 8 hours last evening. I phoned and the service tech told me to call in the morning to get a rebate. I called and they gave a whopping $4.29 for my inconvenience. That was a total waste of my time. I do not have a landline by choice and I depend on my cell phone, so to me this was `inconvenient `. What a joke customer service.

That's normal - in general, service providers will give you a credit for the amount of time this was down (and not much more). As it was less than a day, that would be around 1/30th of your monthly bill.

The annoyance to me was 4.29 couldnt be 5.00, spent 25 minutes on the phone for him to figure out 4.29. Just could have been simpular.
