For the last few months, my internet connection has gone down and I have noticed that television stations between channels 2-12 are not coming in clear. I live in the Waterloo Region.

I asked my co-workers if they noticed this and those have Rogers as their ISP and t.v. provider said that they did.

I believe that since Speed Boost was introduced around this time, that people using it may affect the bandwidth and the reason for my internet connection going down and t.v. picture quality.

Does this sound possible?

Do you know, are your channels 2-12 analog or digital?

Loss of signal strength on lower channels indicates a bad connection. It is most noticeable on channel 2 at first but can also affect higher analog channels. It would also affect internet since that uses the spectrum below channel 2. I would call Rogers for a service call to find the cause of the problem.
