It appears that Rogers seems to be having an issue with some of their e-mail servers today (called and confirmed by recorded announcement)

It doesn't appear to be affecting all accounts since my wife can get her e-mail, but I can't get mine - either from the computer (Mac-Entourage), or via the Yahoo log-in.

It was reported at around 10AM and seems to be fixed 5 hours later. If you sent any e-mails during the outage - if you were affected - they may not have reached their destination and you may want to resend. For example, I sent a test e-mail to my wife at noon that didn't get through, but a test e-mail afterwards got through right away.
